Maui Highlights

I'm finally posting a few highlight photos of our March trip.  The kids ask to go back daily.

 The resort pool was perfect for the kids.  They loved the slide and spent as much time as they could in the water.

 Our amazing whale watching tour.  A family of whales hung out around our boat for most of the tour.  

 Garrett was a very enthusiastic boogie boarder and loved playing in the waves.

A Maui Wedding

We had a great holiday in Maui this spring break where we attended Dean and Meghan's wedding.  It was a perfect day.

 Kelsey took her job very seriously and loved dropping the flowers.  Garrett walked down the aisle and handed over the rings so quickly I only got fuzzy shots.  I think he was afraid he was going to drop them.

Loves: Cousin Austin (He told Cary the other day, "If I don't see Austin today I'm going to go CRAZY!")

            One and one time with grandparents
            Trashies
            Beyblades
            Ninjago
            Phineas and Ferb
            Fruit and veggies
            Preschool and his preschool friends
            Playing Mario Party on the Wii
            Riding his bike
            Imaginary play - making up games
            Potty humour          

Dislikes: long car rides
               days that he doesn't get to see Austin
             
             

Kelsey

Loves:  Dance class
             Singing (especially rhyming songs)
             Playing with Garrett
             Painting
             Trashies
             Phineas and Ferb (cartoon)
             Getting up early to have breakfast with Daddy before he goes to work
             Swimming lessons
             Helping at home with cleaning and cooking
             Any type of outing.  Kelsey is up for everything all the time.
             Listening to stories
             Egg hunts at Gran's house (which happens year round)

Dislikes: Being told what to do or what not to do
               Sitting in the very back seat of the car
               Having her hair brushed
             

Quinn

Names:  Quinn, Quinny, Quinnster Binnster, Quinny Binny, and Quinnmeister

Loves:  Kelsey and Garrett

             Eating

             Bath time

             Playing peekaboo (Where's Quinn?)

             Chewing on people's toes 

             Knocking down towers built out of anything

             Playing in the toilet and unrolling toilet paper rolls

             Putting everything he can get his hands on in his mouth

             Music - likes to dance to the beat and plays a mean tambourine

             Spinning around in Mommy's arms

             Going on outings in the stroller or backpack

             Opening drawers and cupboards that he isn't allowed to get into

             Opening and closing doors

             Taking all the magnets he can reach off the fridge as fast as he can

             

Dislikes:  Waiting for food
                Being dragged out of the bathroom against his will
                Driving in the dark
                Having things taken away from him
               
               

Hockey Madness

Getting a shot where all 3 kids are looking at the camera seems like an impossible task these days.  We took close to 20 photos to get this one.  Go Canucks Go!  Garrett loves his new jersey Uncle Dean and Aunty Meghan.
